Stretch Behavior Intern
Summer 2022
I interned on the Stretch Behavior team at Boston Dynamics, where I used C++ to program new behaviors for Stretch, the warehouse automation robot. Stretch is a mobile robot with the ability to unload boxes from trucks. The focus of my internship was generating the freespace in which Stretch can drive inside trucks and working on its drive trajectory planner. Here, I interacted with the robots daily, used simulation tools like Gazebo, and used the Bazel build system among many other important tools.

RC Excitement is New England's premier RC Hobby and Race complex. I work primarily as a salesperson in the hobby shop, but am also the go-to person for electronics troubleshooting consultations. In this small business environment, it is important that all employees be able to step in wherever needed. I follow this philosophy to the best of my abilities, stepping in for anything from race directing to repairs when necessary.
